I’m a novice (female) to mace training. I initially purchased a 3kg (which I still use) but I wanted something heavier. I agonised long and hard between 4kg and the 6kg. I bit the bullet and got the 6 thinking it might be a while before I could handle it. BUT it’s very balanced and I had my first successful workout today. Very happy with this implement.
